Our client is a leading commercial maintenance business in Melbourne. They are locally owned, and family operated. Working Australia wide across a range of industries including commercial, education, industrial and retail industries providing maintenance services, fit out expertise and asset maintenance plans.

**THE ROLE**
- The Client Relationship Manager will work collaboratively with current and prospective clients, the team and contractors, reporting to the Head of Maintenance.
- The Client Relationship Manager will meet with current and prospective clients to develop professional working relationships.
- The Client Relationship Manager must ensure all quotes are provided on time and planned works carried out as per the schedule.
- Ensuring clear communication channels with the Client and Contractors by owning the process from engaging with Clients, defining the specifications, developing the scope, costing the works, creating the Client quotes and handing over the works to Projects team.
- The CRM will have ongoing communication with the Projects team to provide clarifications and guidance on project execution and review.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2-5 years' experience in a similar role within the commercial industry.
- Facility Management experience and/or knowledge.
- Construction experience and/or knowledge.
- Meticulous attention to detail with all written and visual content.
- Trade or formal qualifications are required.
