Job Title: Flooring Installer

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Install vinyl, hybrid, hardwood, and laminate flooring with precision and efficiency.

Prepare subfloors, including cleaning, leveling, and repairing as needed.

Measure and cut flooring materials to fit room dimensions accurately.

Handle tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good working condition.

Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and project managers.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a flooring installer, specializing in vinyl, hybrid, hardwood, and laminate flooring.

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.

Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials.

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
