**The role**:
As the Bid Coordinator / Bids Administrator you will be joining a team who wear multiple hats, they’re seen as true advisors and thought partners of the business. You will be directly involved in making a difference to NGH’s ability to not only win work but also make an impact on increasing brand perception. A career in bids can be long and fruitful. Some, however, may choose to take the highly transferable skills that they’ve learned and forge a different career path and that’s ok. At NGH we encourage professional development and internal movement. This position could be the start of successful career in bids or bridging role at NGH.
**Any given day may see you**:
- Assess, categorise and record all relevant bid request detail
- Communicate bid status updates internally (requestor) and externally (notify clients of our intention to respond or pass on request)
- Engage with clients to acquire additional bid info as required by the team and support with managing client’s expectation around submission due dates
- Update and maintain bid content library as appropriate (methodology texts, proposal and costing examples, generic text that can be utilised for future bids)
- Support the team with standard returnable schedules from time to time as well as some panel submissions where time permits
- Support various RFPs and Tenders, ensuring they are properly administrated and compliant with the client’s requirements.

This is an excellent career opportunity for a Bid Coordinator or Administrator who is looking to broaden their experience. With excellent organisational capabilities, you will have:
- Experience working in a Bids team.
Proficient in ‘Project Management’ Tools and MS Suite, including Excel, Word and Power Point.
Previous CRM experience.
- Effective communication style (both written and verbal), with strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills across all levels.
- Proficient written skills with some exposure to proposal writing.
