**YOUR Role** as a Bid Coordinator will see you working alongside the Bid Manager and Project Teams. This role will involve information gathering, researching past tender/bid responses, ensuring key submission dates are met, providing overall assistance in the formatting and collation of tender documents using Indesign.

**YOUR Experience**

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

- Excellent skills in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team, outgoing, enthusiastic and self-motivated;
- Good time management skills with ability to meet tight timelines
- A keen eye for detail with professional graphic presentation skills
- Must have the ability to proofread submissions and contribute to submission content
- 2+ years previous experince in a similar role preferably within commercial construction or similar industry
