**Social Work & Diversity Manager**

- **Champion the Social Work & Diversity teams to provide best-practice, patient-centred clinical care at one of Melbourne’s largest hospitals**:

- **Plan, develop, and establish operational and strategic directions for the Social Work & Diversity teams across the continuum of care**:

- **Lead the talented team of Social Workers, as well as the innovative Family Safety and LGBTQIA+ Teams**:

- **Full time, ongoing role with excellent employee benefits**

**Your new role**
- Lead the talented Social Work and Diversity Department in providing best practise clinical care
- Use your experience to develop dynamic and sustainable workforce solutions in collaboration with the Allied Health Workforce Management team
- Represent Allied Health in a leadership portfolio
- Work extensively with Clinical Leads and other members of the Allied Health Management team to achieve department and shared allied health goals
- Enjoy a career structure which develops specialist clinical, research, education, and leadership skills for Allied Health.

**About you**
- You have extensive leadership experience in tertiary hospitals and demonstrate a collaborative working style.
- You have exceptional communication skills and a passion for continued professional development.
- You are a highly respected leader of your profession with a strong vision for the future of Social Work in the Victorian Public Health Sector
- You are eligible for membership of the AASW and demonstrate skills in contemporary health service management
