As the Social Work & Diversity Manager, you will:

- Provide strategic and operational leadership to Social Work, Family Safety, and LGBTQIA+ teams
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across service delivery
- Represent Allied Health at a strategic leadership level, influencing service planning and care models
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop sustainable workforce solutions
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and culturally safe care
- Contribute to a renewed Allied Health vision focused on excellence, equity, and growth

**About You**

You are a compassionate leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. With a strong background in public health and a commitment to inclusive care, you’re ready to lead change and empower your team.
- Ideally a minimum 10 years’ experience as a Social Worker, preferably in the physical health that has leadership, financial, strategic and operational capability.
- Proven leadership in complex health settings, with a collaborative forward-thinking style
- Recognition as a professional leader in Social Work, with a strategic view of its evolving role in health care
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for mentoring, service development, and equity in healthcare
- Demonstrated success in workforce planning, service innovation, and clinical governance
