We are a specialist boutique advertising agency with 30+ years of continuous operation in employer branding, Employee Value Proposition (EVP) development and recruitment marketing in the APAC region.

Working with local and international brands, we invest a little of ourselves in every project and are looking for someone who wants to do the same, within our growing team.

**So who are we looking for?**

We’re looking for someone who likes to have a bit of fun, but also knows we are here to get the job done.

A typical day might see you working across a variety of activitites, so be prepared to jump in and out as you work across multiple projects, with multiple deadlines, at one time. The ability to be well organised and manage competing priorities and deadlines like a champion is a must.

Reporting to our Account Director, you will quickly become a key player in co-ordinating our national client base working on small campaigns through to major projects.

**Key responsibilities**
- Manage press and traditional media bookings
- Co-ordinate artwork production
- Assist with planning, implementation and project management of a range of campaigns across all digital channels
- Assist with the development of well-researched, digital strategies that will help our clients reach their objectives
- Provide campaign performance reports
- Assist with researching and producing multi-channel proposals and schedules for presentation to clients
- Meet with media and other providers to understand recruitment specific platforms, products and relevance

**Qualifications and experience**

A relevant degree plus minimum 1 year full-time working experience gained from agency, media or client-side OR the equivalent in relevant hands-on experience
- Some knowledge of traditional and digital media channels
- Advanced technical skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded, but not essential

A flair for copywriting would be a bonus, but definitely not a must
