**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate closely with our founder to execute a digital marketing strategy that resonates with our spiritually-minded audience and supports their healing journeys
- Develop and share content that not only sells but also inspires, uplifts, and aids in personal transformation—across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
- Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring it reflects our brand’s unique voice, sacred mission, and commitment to inner work
- Execute and optimize ad campaigns that reach and resonate with our target audience across multiple digital touchpoints
- Track, measure, and refine campaigns to ensure they align with our goals of both impact and growth
- Craft soulful, SEO-friendly copy that connects deeply with our community, driving both engagement and conversions

**Your Skills & Experience**:

- At least 2 years in a similar role, with a focus on spiritual, wellness, or eCommerce brands
- Proven experience in creating content that connects on a deeper level, inspiring action, supporting healing, and fostering community
- Proficiency with Shopify, Canva, ChatGPT, Klaviyo, Facebook Ads Manager
- Advanced copywriting skills with a strong command of spiritual, therapeutic, and wellness language
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, social media algorithms, and the digital landscape
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
