**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Support the delivery of our client brand content and marketing campaigns via social media to the key target audiences
- Create, schedule, and monitor paid social ads within Facebook Ads Manager/ Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Take responsibility for the agency’s brand and visual identity
- Provide platform insights, conduct client & competitor social landscape audits, and research social media trends to identify opportunities and prepare bespoke social strategies unique to each client
- Manage social media content calendars including scheduling and publishing organic content. Assist with social community management as required.
- Prepare social marketing analysis and reports for each client with an emphasis on the effectiveness of social activity be it brand awareness, qualify leads or eCommerce ROI.
- Develop an intimate knowledge of the customer, identify, and solve customer tensions and craft a paid social strategy to acquire, maintain and defend different audience segments across social platforms.
- Develop Customer Journeys for different social platforms and audiences, to efficiently drive traffic and conversion both online and offline.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to deliver campaigns and business results.
- Report against campaign and commercial targets and impact on the business, track and monitor reporting back to the business on ROI, success and opportunity.
- Support the business at a strategic level beyond meta
**Your skills and experience**:
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing on paid and organic social marketing.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and optimising Meta Ads Manager accounts, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics
- Well-versed with Meta Ad Policy and experience in the removal of ad restrictions and bans and appropriate structuring of Meta Business Manager assets.
- Prior experience of the Meta Partner Ecosystem
- Demonstrated experience managing monthly budgets of $30,000+
- High-level efficiency in copywriting
- Prior experience in brand management or design preferred.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and use initiative
- EXCEPTIONAL attention to detail and ability to prioritise while meeting deadlines
- Enjoy working and collaborating with others, valuing their opinions and contributions
- This will be client facing role, hence high-level interpersonal skills and customer service focus are ESSENTIAL
- Prior advertising experience with financial products (digital and physical) is preferred.
- Meta Certified credentials or advancement towards certification preferred. (Meta Certified Media Planning Professional and Meta Certified Media Buying Professional)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
