As a Social Media Coordinator you will join us on our mission to give the best Casual Dining Experience by always providing outstanding food, service, cleanliness and value, so that every guest in every Restaurant has a reason to return.

**About the role**

**As a Social Media Coordinator at RASHAYS you will**:

- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to execute ideas and capture content
- Use your expertise at social media and traditional marketing to know what's trending and create engaging content that drives brand awareness
- Use your graphic design skills to create digital marketing material
- Managing all platforms of social media (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok)
- Coordinating and implementing marketing and advertising strategies and plans
- Proactively identifying and communicating opportunities
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Managing the company’s web presence, including the website, social media and other marketing assets
- Complete copywriting and proof-reading
- Evaluate and monitor the success of media campaigns.

**About you**

**To be successful you will**:

- Be an experienced Social Media Coordinator (or equivalent role)
- Have a proven track record of creating engaging, trending and on-brand content
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have outstanding copywriting and proof-reading skills
- Have a good understanding of various marketing platforms and channels
- Have knowledge of marketing best practices
- Be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Know how to evaluate key metrics and monitor campaign performance
- Have good graphic design skills
- Be experienced in social media and digital marketing
- be able to demonstrate experience in SEO
- Have flexibility and be willing and able to travel to different restaurants/locations to capture content
- Sound Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required, Photoshop, Illustrator and PremierPro desired)
- Hospitality/F&B experience is highly advantageous but not essential.

Travel interstate may occasionally be required for this position.
