Location - Richmond/Geelong

**Your new role**

The APS6 Service Designer is required to provide detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems.

**Responsibilities**
- Researching and identifying insights contributes to agency's understanding of information.
- Co-creating and documenting current state service through design and research, to identify current participant and staff experience and business processes.
- Co-creating and co-facilitating process design improvements.
- Overseeing end-to-end service experiences in line with the Digital Service Standard.

- Having achieved a satisfactory level of technical, functional, and/or professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas.
- Engaging an individual in developing and committing to an action plan that targets specific behaviours, skills, or knowledge needed to ensure performance improvement or prepare for success in new responsibilities.
