Our Federal Government Client is currently seeking an APS6 Contact Centre (CC) Improvement Officer for a full time 12 month assignment.

**Your new role**

You will work full time hours from Monday to Friday providing detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems. It may be required to coordinate and assist in the strategic planning, program and project management and policy development.

Responsibilities include:

- Supporting the delivery of business requirements for technical enhancements to improve service delivery.
- Analysing CC performance to recommend procedural and technical improvements.
- Supporting improvement initiatives for teams delivering services in the CC.
- Coordinating and drafting correspondence and reports.
- Contributing insights relating to risk, performance and improvement strategies.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed, you will need:

- Highly developed IT proficiency in MS Office, Word and Excel
- Experienced in providing policy and operational advice and support at a technical level
- Relevant qualifications / education in policy and/or strategy
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Government experience preferred
