**Roachedale** you will be joining a team of IT support, Infrastructure, Developers and Cyber security engineers.

**The role**:
This role is for someone who is looking to up their level of responsibility in their role or someone looking to gain new skills across an evolving IT landscape. The position provides the opportunity to work across projects and BAU support and maintenance of environments. Their current upcoming projects include migrations from their data centre, new store set-ups and configuration, and migration into a Cisco Meraki environment. They have a footprint with both AWS and Azure public clouds however utilize more Azure and will likely be moving to a 100% Azure environment in the future.

**The main technologies used currently in the business include**:

- Windows Server (AD/DNS/DHCP/DFS)
- Hyper-V and Windows Failover Clustering
- Exchange and Office 365
- Cisco Networking and Meraki
- Firewalls, UPS, switches, VMs, WAPs etc.
- WAN, LAN, VLAN networks
- Azure and Power BI functionality
