**Job Description Summary**:
To support the Business Director by ensuring the smooth-running of the day-to-day activities within the business.

This would ideally suit a recent graduate or someone looking to commence their career in marketing within the Medtech industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact between the Business Directors and internal or external colleagues to ensure the functionality and coordination of business activities.
- Arrange meetings, conferences and events as required.
- Undertake administrative tasks as required.
- Make travel arrangements and provide travel itineraries.
- Produce reports and presentations as required.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to arrange catering for events as required.

**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Lifesciences (or related discipline) preferred.
- Marketing and/or administrative experience desirable.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and time management skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously and to be pro-active in decision making.
- Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively is essential.
- High attention to detail

**OTHER WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Some weekend work may be required as will out of normal business hours work
- Domestic travel may be required
