**About the Opportunity**:
HARTMANN is seeking an up-and-coming **Product Marketing Assistant **to join our dynamic Marketing Team. This full-time role is perfect for an organised team player, who is passionate about marketing and is ready to make a difference.

**Here is what your role will be**:

- Providing administrative and project support to the marketing team, including managing product samples, printed marketing materials and assisting with website updates
- Managing requests from the Sales team including requests for samples, images and marketing materials
- Liaising with the in-house Graphic Designer and partnering with creative agencies to support creation and production of the marketing materials such as brochures, banners and flyers
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and events, including promotional, corporate and educational
- Supporting the team with education event management for off-line and on-line events, ensuring the events run smoothly
- Supporting marketing team on education projects, including stakeholder and resource management
- Managing smaller-scale projects to support the marketing team
- Effectively managing marketing resources
- Supporting on ad hoc marketing requests, as required

**To be successful in this role, you will have/be**:

- Tertiary qualifications or final year student in marketing or other relevant area is preferred, but not essential
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Experience/working knowledge in marketing is advantageous
- Passionate about a career in marketing
- A strong team focus and a collaborative attitude
- Confident and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Organised with a high attention to detail
- Proactive and able to prioritise requests
- Innovative and creative approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop
- Ability to work independently as required
- Strong alignment with our corporate values
