The Opportunity

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Dexus you will support the setting in place of Macquarie Centre’s digital assets centre communications and retailer communications, with a focus on driving centre traffic and retail sales.

You will make an impact by:

- Collaborating with other disciplines to determine digital and social platforms for campaign execution
- Supporting retailer content on centre channels whilst maintaining centre brand identity
- Developing digital multimedia where required - video, photo briefs and content.
- Developing and championing new social media opportunities including month to month content creation & curation, management of paid marketing campaigns and reporting on relevant social media
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the centre's key issues, competitor activity, trade area demographics and trading patterns - including relevancy to state and national trends
- Managing the accounting function for the marketing team including raising Purchase Orders, gift cards, new suppliers and invoice processing using provided software packages.

About You

This role would suit a recent marketing or communications graduate with a passion for digital marketing and an interest in retail marketing.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the requirements of a marketing and communications role.
- Shopping centre, property or retail industry experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to identify key priorities and develop timelines/ critical paths.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to establish relationships with all key business stakeholders
