We are looking for an up-and-coming **Marketing Assistant** to join our Marketing team at HARTMANN. This is permanent full-time role, and it would be perfect for an organised team player, who is passionate about marketing in healthcare and is ready to learn and to make a real difference.

**About the role**:
Reporting into the Marketing Director, Continence Management, you will be responsible for providing support to the marketing team. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing administrative and project support to the marketing team, including managing product samples, printed marketing materials and assisting with website updates
- Managing requests from the Sales team including requests for samples, images and marketing materials
- Liaising with the in-house graphic designers and partnering with creative agencies to support creation and production of the marketing materials such as brochures, banners and flyers
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and events, including promotional, corporate and educational
- Supporting the team with education event management for off-line and on-line events, ensuring the events run smoothly
- Supporting marketing team on education projects, including stakeholder and resource management
- Managing smaller-scale projects to support the marketing team
- Effectively managing marketing resources
- Supporting on ad hoc marketing requests, as required

**About You**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications or final year student in marketing or other relevant area is preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Experience/working knowledge in marketing is advantageous
