**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of relevant sales experience in electrical engineering or automation.
- Management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and proven success in selling electronic and industrial automation products.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Business development acumen.
