Your new company is a Victorian State Government Department who focuses on the enhancing the well-being and health of all the citizens in Victoria.

**Your new role**

In this role you will;
- Devise and lead ICT strategies, portfolio and program governance frameworks and controls aligning to corporate standards
- Develop, execute and control high value, complex programs and Change Framework/s with a view to achieving sustainable, lasting change and improvement in the service delivery and business model
- Manage program budgets, costs and resourcing, and identify opportunities
for savings and efficiencies, working with Finance and/or across Divisions
as required
- Influence, facilitate and negotiate with stakeholders, peers and other
government bodies with the objective of gaining cooperation and
influencing views to support good project execution and the achievement of
project benefits
- Prepare briefs and proposals for the departments technology selection and financial
spend that clearly conveys strategies and plans and how to translate them
into operational reality

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Significant experience implementing ICT transformational programs, including key telecommunication processes and services, across a wide range of regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Significant experience in leading the design, planning, execution and evaluation of large scale transformation programs for large, complex service delivery organisation, ideally in a government context
- Proven experience in the design, use and deployment of project and change management methodologies
- Successful and documented experience in stakeholder consultation and facilitation with a track record in delivering
