About the Opportunity
Be part of a transformative infrastructure project for Victoria, with an exciting role in the North East Link Program's Land, Planning and Environment team
As our next Voluntary Purchase Scheme Advisor, you will be pivitol in engaging and communicating with landowners who are considering, or have applied, for inclusion in NELP's Voluntary Purchase Scheme (VPS).
This role is located at 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, and travel and time spent at a future site office (Bulleen, Heidelberg or Watsonia) will be a requirement of this position.
About You

**You are**:

- Qualified in appropriate tertiary qualification, or equivalent experience in property, real estate, engineering, legal, planning and/or communication and stakeholder engagement sectors.
- Knowledgeable in land and/or property related discipline such as land/asset management, surveying, valuation, or conveyancing, with familiarity of contracts of sale, land, title and survey plans
- Able to manage self and others through difficult conversations, utilising self awareness and problem solving skills to reach consensus
- Have demonstrable experience working with multiple stakeholders with often opposing points of view
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to generate and maintain accurate land related records and databases
