Main Activities
- Strategic Sales based around Product, Market, Industry and Customer knowledge.
- Develop effective product marketing strategies and plans. - Determine a channel marketing strategy and identification of target industries and customers. - A Subject Matter Expert within the product market portfolio. - Network and liaise with the global product and industry segment team. - Teamwork with sales to achieve product portfolio sales targets. - Working with the sales team to support and guide to target and secure business. - Supporting the sales team with customer visits to understand needs and provide solutions. - Education of the sales team to provide product competence and USB’s. - Presentations to the customer of the success, capability, and performance of products. - Adopt and use the CRM as an intrinsic sales and customer tool. - Product and commercial support to internal and also external customers. - Actively maintain market, industry, and competitor knowledge. - Use current market trends to position products.
- Translate technical product details into benefits for the sales team and customer.
- Craft compelling messages across channels (distribution, OEM, direct sales, end-user).

- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role.
- A strong sense of sales acumen and process.
- Customer relationships (internal and external) and team networking ability.
- Customer needs and solution focused.
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
- Familiarity with product market trends, marketing tactics and campaigns.
- Analytical mind and solid quantitative skills. Keen eye for detail. - Competent skills in use of MS Office suite. - CRM (Salesforce) knowledge a plus.
Qualifications
- Product marketing / sales related role in the conveyor belt or industrial markets.
- Understanding, interaction, and experience within a global business.
- Minimum 2+ Years of product marketing and/or senior product sales experience.
- Time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Professional demeanor.
