**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- This role reports to the Managing Director - Australasia. and is very hands-on role.
- The role works closely with the GMs of Sales, the BDMs Sales and Product Teams for Automotive Replacement (AR) and Industrial Replacement (IR)
- Functional parameters include but are not limited to the following areas of responsibility:

- Launch Planning & Marketing
- Liaise with Marketing Managers of the Gates key customersReport on Return on Investment (RoI) of sales promotions, agree targets with customers and ensure results meet target
- Advertising & Communication
- Artwork & Design Management
- Promotional Planning & Coordination
- Public Relations & Sponsorship
- Event Management
- Information Management & Reporting
- Assist with a variety of other sales and marketing projects and tasks as required

**Keys to Success**:

- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
- Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own area and general knowledge of related areas
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the company in the market

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- Coach one junior Marketing team member
- Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

**Requirements and Preferred Skills**:

- 5-7 years of experience in a sales and marketing environment
- Formal qualification in Marketing.
- Must have excellent computer skills with ability to efficiently use various digital marketing tools and Office suite, especially EXCEL.
- Experience with Marketo (Marketing Automation) and CRM programs will be advantageous but not essential
