**The Client**

Our client leading, growth focused accounting and financial services firm in ultra-modern offices based North of the CBD. With a range of clients from different industries they have the ability to work closely with their clients handling both large, complex work through to smaller jobs for locally owned small businesses.

They are offering a generous remuneration package for the successful applicant, CA/CPA support as well as opportunity for further career progression and training.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Handling complex compliance work including but not limited to preparation of tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships.
- Conducting tax planning face to face with clients requiring exceptional communication skills.
- Preparing cash flow forecasts, researching tax matters where required and assisting in the preparation of annual client budgets.
- Liasing with and building relationships with clients, the ATO and other bodies as relevant and required.
- Providing advice to a large and varied client base.
- Managing and monitoring staff performance and reviews and conducting training sessions.
- Hold at least 5+ years recent **Australian **tax and business services experience
- CA/CPA qualified
- Experience dealing directly with clients is essential
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Had experience in managing team workflow and mentoring graduates
