Client Relationship Supervisor

**Description**:
As Client Relationship Supervisor in our Network Business, you will work closely with some of our prestigious client sites in Western Australia and will be instrumental in providing a superior client and guest experience. The potential growth opportunities in WA mean that there are exciting times ahead and this will give you a unique chance to make a difference.

This role is full time, with occasional weekend hours.

**What you will be doing**:

- Contribute to a positive guest, client, and customer experience - delight your key stakeholders by exceeding their expectations
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (“KPI’s”) consistently - scheduled site inspections, incident reporting, safety audits, regular client communication
- Lead the on-site cleaning teams to maintain compliance standards and quality systems
- Monitor, communicate and clarify Assetlink and Client policies and procedures
- Identify any problem areas and develop, implement and monitor appropriate strategies to improve processes
- Support onboarding, induction and on-site training of all new team members
- Supervise the ongoing competency training of existing team members
- Attend to incidents, assist and advise the Site Managers
- Document incidents reported to the security team and report these to the client
- Assist the client with emergency procedures, in the event of a fire, bomb threat or any other critical incident
- Identify safety hazards and report to Management, the Client or the Occupational Health and Safety safe work group
- Conduct prescribed Risk Audits and inspections, document the outcomes and follow up on identified issues

**Skills and Experiences**:
**You will have**:

- Demonstrated site experience in Facility Management Services, experience in delivery of commercial and retail multisite cleaning services will be well regarded
- Previous experience in training, managing and working with Service Partners/subcontractors
- Supervisor level Occupational Health and Safety (“OHS”) experience
- Thorough working knowledge on the use and general maintenance of mechanical cleaning equipment - preferred
- Demonstrated experience and the ability to lead, mentor and motivate your extended team
- Financial, commercial and contractual understanding - ideal
- Assist the Customer Relationship Manager - WA to identify potential prospects and new clients
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word and the ability to learn industry specific systems
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Can-do attitude with high energy and resilience
- Valid, unrestricted Drivers Licence
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
- Willingness to travel within WA, including to remote sites, on a regular basis
