**ITIL Process Analyst - Limelight People have been engaged to find an experienced ITIL Process Analyst for our financial services client.**

ITIL Process Analyst - Working as part of our clients support and service delivery function, you form part of a successful, rapidly growing and global Insurance business.

ITIL Process Analyst - Key success measures are providing IT Operations Support, incident management, ticket management and managing service requests for end users across Australia, to ensure a robust and scalable production environment for their wider organisation. You will also be a key contributor to the rollout and adoption of ITIL and ITSM, including the implementation of ServiceNow.

**Experience required;**
- ITSM
- Incident Management
- IT Operations Support
- Strong ITIL Knowledge - Incident, Change, Problem and Configuration Management
- ITSM Tools and Techniques - Ideally ServiceNow
- Good communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients
- Excellent organisational, administration and time management skills.
