**Role: Support Analyst**

**Location: Sydney**

**Experience: 5+ Years**

**Job Summary**:
The support analyst is responsible for configuring the alerts, translating it to notification and visualization.

**Essential Duties**:

- Perform Alert & Monitoring activities relating to identification & configuration of alerts and notifications.
- Plan, manage and control the alerts and notifications.
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of the alerts and notifications.
- Work with various stakeholders and CI data owners to ensure the quality of the alerts and notifications is maintained and the data is up to date.
- Conduct data quality analysis, provide recommendations to address data quality issues, and manage the implementation of approved recommendations.
- Assists in conducting configuration audits and reconciliation.
- Communicate technical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

**Skills & Abilities**
- Experience in configuring & implementing alerts and notifications.
- Good to have experience in BMC Helix
- Fundamental knowledge and experience with ITIL
- Experience with ITSM operations and management
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively across departments, business lines, and job levels.
