This role will see you providing management direction and guidance within End User Computing globally, including and not limited to Request and Incidents creation, ticket management and completion, diagnostics, troubleshooting and resolution of issues. Management of all hardware and software requirements along with stock, vendor management and integration of hardware with infra SOE. You will also be a support line to the Service Desk for all L2 and EUC tickets and assistance. You will drive the engagement and adoption of the Microsoft Office suite usage across the business unit.

So, what’s the job?
- You’ll execute Service Now workflows (and optimisation input as needed)
- You’ll work as a Technology concierge alongside the Architecture team, assess & evaluate technology options, designs and architecture and assist the business to articulate future technology needs
- You’ll identify inefficiencies, highlight areas where technology can provide the most benefit and develop and document processes and procedures for maintaining operating systems
- You’ll collaborate with Technology Service Management in incident and problem resolution, support the resolution of issues requiring more detailed investigation and ensure knowledge base is updated with solutions for future reference
- You’ll support team and broader business to collaborate more effectively and increase engagement across the business e.g., engagement on technology tools yammer/viva etc
- You’ll provide a high level of Customer Service and technical support to customers in relation to all proactive and reactive requests and incidents

And what are we looking for?
- You’ll be experienced in Microsoft Office 365 adoption and change programs as well as having Microsoft technologies experience including SCCM, A/D, Microsoft Server, File, Print, Office 365 etc
- You’ll have extensive Customer Service experience in a IT Service environment supporting both internal and external clients
- You’ll have professional negotation and communication skills with the ability to communicate to a diverse audience, you’ll also have excellent customer relationship skills
- You’ll have previous experience in provision of technology support/guidance to lower level technical resources and experience in End User computing, Desktop and Service Desk
- You’ll have previous Team Leadership skills experience
- You will possess comprehensive knowledge of incident management processes and be able to navigate quickly through the organisation to resolve incident handling issues and/or problems escalated to their attention
- A Certification in ITIL would be advantageous
