Technology Platform Manager EL1

Why These Roles Matter

In this role, you'll use your skills in Salesforce to oversee the delivery of scalable, secure, and user-focused technology solutions.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll guide the end-to-end delivery of key project initiatives as part of WGEA's Technology Business Plan, including the Target Setting legislation and the Employer of Choice Citation program. With a strong focus on providing technical guidance, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and deployment of robust technology solutions to address complex business challenges across the WGEA. This is your opportunity to drive innovation and make a lasting impact through technology.

We're seeking candidates who have:

  • Lead the maintenance, enhancement, and integration of new functions, for a stable technical platform that underpins operations within a federal government regulatory and advocacy environment.
  • Lead in the validation and initial investigation of system defects.
  • Guide and support internal and external development teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality outcomes.
