AutoXtreme are a leading provider of Aftermarket Vehicle Electronics. They are a part of MotorOne, and currently have an opportunity for a
**Bookings Co-Ordinator** to join their operations team in Brendale.

This role will involve scheduling technicians to respond to dealership and fleet department bookings in an efficient, logical and geographical manner.

Internal and external stakeholders also need to be satisfied to ensure completion of tasks, this may involve picking stock for technicians in our facility and using online platforms to send stock to our customers and external fitting partners on a freight carrier service.

There will be a need to think logically, strategically and work well under pressure.

This role will be the main contact point for our QLD head office for inbound and outbound communications.

**To be successful in the role you must;**
- Have excellent customer service manner
- Be comfortable with liaising with technicians and contractors to meet timelines.
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Have a great work ethic and attitude
- Work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Have strong computer skills
