We are located in Brendale in Moreton Bay and provide full-service administration and reception services for a range of businesses across various industries including allied health, trades, professional services, and more. We're excited to announce that we're looking for an awesome, enthusiastic administration officer to join our team.

**The role**

This role is focused on full-service administration and customer service. We are seeking a total of 1 Administration rockstar with a strong focus on the allied health sector and incredibly high attention to detail to join our close-knit team. This role requires people with previous high-level administration experience and is not suited for beginners in the admin space.

To give you an idea of what your day might look like, here's what you need to be proficient in:

- Answering calls from more than 80 businesses
- Booking and changing appointments
- Explaining costs and billing to patients
- Managing patient invoicing and receipts
- Managing Medicare rebates
- Exceptional literacy and execution in Microsoft Office (including Excel), and other standard software programs

To excel in this role you must be able to:

- Take initiative and problem-solve
- Multi-task and have a high level of attention to detail
- Provide an empathetic ear while remaining on task
- Understand the boundaries of client confidentiality and the implications of professional advice

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

- experience in allied health and admin
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively and risk-assess situations as they arise.
- Familiarity with Cliniko, Nookal, Daysmart and Halaxy bookings systems would be beneficial but not necessary

This position requires someone who takes initiative, can manage their own workload, will actively look for their next task in a fast-paced, complicated environment, and can prioritise and deal with a lot of input at once. Having said that, we're a lot of fun, and we're proud of our relaxed atmosphere.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
