Now we're on the lookout for a Receptionist Extraordinaire to be the friendly face (and voice) that keeps our world turning smoothly.

The Role (aka what you'll actually do)

You'll be the first person people meet when they visit or call Prydes Support, the one who sets the vibe.

Here's what your day might look like:

Greet clients, visitors, and delivery drivers with a smile (and maybe offer them a mint or two).

  • Answer phone calls like a pro: friendly, calm, and maybe with a touch of flair.
  • Keep the reception area looking sharp (because clutter is so 2020).
  • Manage emails, bookings, and a bit of paperwork, we promise it's not all doom and spreadsheets.
  • Help with scheduling, data entry, and admin support for the team.
  • Be the go-to person for "Hey, could you help me with this real quick?" moments.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be perfect, just perfectly you. But a few things will definitely help:

You're organised (you've probably colour-coded your calendar at least once).

  • You're friendly, approachable, and can chat to anyone, from clients to couriers.
  • You can handle multitasking without turning into a stress ball.
  • You've got decent computer skills (Google suit doesn't scare you).
  • You know how to keep things confidential and professional, even when things get busy.

Must Have (or willing to obtain):

  • Completion of the NDIS Modules
  • Valid Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, CPR/First Aid, and Police Check
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Bonus points for:

Experience in reception or admin roles (especially in community or disability services).

  • A good sense of humour (we love a good laugh).
