We're currently expanding our Production team, and are searching for Process Workers/Packers and potential Batch and Blend Operators to join us on a casual basis, working day shift Monday to Friday. A pathway to a permanent employment is available for candidates that demonstrate a strong worth ethic and positive attitude.

These are physical roles that require team members to stand throughout their shift in a factory environment.

Key tasks include:

  • Packing ingredients into tubs and pouches.
  • Labelling product packaging.
  • Conducting quality checks and completing documentation.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work area.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • A minimum of one years' experience in food manufacturing or supplement powder environment.
  • Strong communication and numerical skills (including English language at a conversational level and ability to perform basic numerical calculations).
  • An ability to work accurately in a deadline driven environment.
  • Approachable, energetic and flexible in approach.

Team members who demonstrate strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn machine operations may have the opportunity to move into our Batch and Blend team. These roles involve regular manual handling, including lifting up to 20kg.
