Fordham is a specialist chartered accounting firm within Perpetual. Fordham has acted for private business, their owners and their families. We help our business owner clients understand and manage their business, build and protect their wealth, and plan and structure their lives. We build strong relationships with our clients and know all facets of their business and lives. We’ve been earning the trust from our clients for 130 plus years, some over four generations and we work with many different client groups such as, business owners, high net wealth families, Managed Investment Trusts (MITs), special purpose vehicles and investor groups.
This Perth based role is to provide support to the Executive Office Team. The role will be reporting to the Community Services Manager and will be required to liaise with members of the Community, Trust Managers, Community Services Consultants, the Payments Team and various other stakeholders.
- About the role-
- Must be familiar with the guidelines of the relevant trust/s in order to provide accurate information to members;
- Ability to pro-actively communicate details of Trust programs (including updates) to members;
- Assistance with identifying issues which require communication to members (ie issues that require bulk SMSs to members
- About you- High school graduate at minimum
- Experience working with Indigenous Communities is desirable
- Customer service experience
- Office administration experience
- Experience using Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
