**YOUR ROLE**

We have an opportunity for a **Client Service Consultant **to join our community-minded WFI family.

You’ll work with new and existing valued clients and assist them with their insurance needs.You’ll need a customer first approach, so we can continue to build on our goal of being ‘Great people to know’. Based in our **Perth** office, this is a **full time** opportunity -** Monday to Friday.**

- Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
- Ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes
- Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and have good attention to detail
- Underwriting and product knowledge (desirable but not necessary)
- Understanding of the general insurance industry (desirable but not necessary)
