**About the Role**:
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll set the tone for their experience, ensuring they feel supported, welcomed, and understood from the very first moment. You’ll be working in a dynamic and values-based team, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations while creating memorable experiences for those who walk through our doors. We have **part time and full time opportunities** at our **Hutt street, Prospect, Anzac Highway and Salisbury locations.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Create meaningful first impressions** where you greet clients with warmth and professionalism.
- **Manage appointments**: assist clients with scheduling their appointments using Cliniko with care and accuracy.
- **Phone & communication**: answer calls and messages promptly, with empathy and clarity.
- **Handle payments & banking**: ensure transactions and finance reporting are completed smoothly.
- **Maintain our environment**: keep client-facing spaces clean, organised, and welcoming.
- **Documentation & data entry**: manage forms, dashboards, and paperwork efficiently.
- **Team support**: communicate clearly with clinicians, referral sources, and clients.

- Are confident using software (especially Cliniko or similar systems).
- Communicate clearly and kindly in-person, over the phone, and in writing.
