**The Opportunity**

The role will see you working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment café known as The Roasted Berry. We are looking for an experienced **Team Leader/Lead Barista** that is fun, genuine, and passionate about coffee, someone who will go out of their way to create that experience for a customer where they walk away and think WOW.

You’ll love sharing your knowledge to see your team grow and succeed. Understand that feeling from watching a team member grow, finally nailing that skill they’ve been attempting for weeks. You will understand every component from start to finish of generating that perfect cup, to create memorable moments.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

- A friendly, energetic, and upbeat personality
- Ability to make outstanding coffee
- The desire to learn and grow
- Flexible and adaptable nature as split shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays will be required
- Current RSA & RCG certificates
- Take the lead in maintaining coffee standards
- Facilitate training for our future baristas and refreshers
