**A great opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for part-time team members to join our team as Customer Service Superstars We have opportunities available in The Roasted Berry.

The purpose of this role is to:

- Create memorable experiences for our customers
- Consistently and proactively provide customers with a high level of customer service
- Embrace the Club’s Vision, Mission, Values and Values Matrix
- Comply with the Club’s policies and procedures e.g. safe food handling
- Proactively maintain hygiene and cleanliness in your work area
- Be open to training and development opportunities and willing to learn all aspects of the club
- Help the club to continuously improve and strive for a constructive culture where all are welcome

To succeed in this role you’ll have:

- Experience as a Barista
- Exceptional customer service
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Health and Safety mindset with high standards in safety, hygiene and cleanliness
- Active contribution to a reliable, progressive team
- Flexible and adaptable nature across the Club's operating hours as split shifts, late nights, weekends and public holidays will be required
- Previous experience working in hospitality
- Current RSA and RCG certificates (or willingness to obtain)
