We have a great opportunity available for someone who thrives on planning and problem solving to manage the roster requirements for our group of five hospitality, fitness and lifestyle venues across New South Wales. This is a part-time role, working 3 days per week.

**A great opportunity**

This role will support our operational teams by designing rosters to meet our fluctuating business requirements and coaching our leaders on achieving scheduling efficiencies. This will be achieved through:

- Coaching leaders in our roster philosophy and operational rostering system, tools and processes
- Designing and delivering rosters for all destinations within our group within agreed timeframes
- Coordinating a review of all rosters at least twice per year based around our trade patterns
- Ensuring rosters are developed in line within employment terms and conditions
- Partnering with the HR team in relation to recruitment requirements, skill gaps, and team levels
- Partnering with operational leaders in relation to departmental changes and rostering requirements
- Preparation of relevant reports for operational leaders

**What Success Looks Like**
- Previous experience designing rosters where roster requirements are continuously changing
- Experience in interpreting terms and conditions of employment in relation to rostering
- Experience in rostering systems. Previous experience with UKG Workforce Ready would be advantageous
- Enjoys working with systems and data and is able to find creative solutions to problems
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail. You are meticulous about dotting your i’s and crossing your t’s.
- You think outside of the box and are always looking ahead. You’re not afraid to contribute new ideas, ask questions, and offer assistance before needing to be asked
