We are looking to expand our team We are passionate foodies, baristas, VIP hosts, geeks and groovers; bakers, mixologists pouring the perfect tonic; we are coaches and instructors, dreamers, believers, bean counters, creatives and entertainers. Whether you're up and coming or had years of experience, you’ll acquire new skills and build relationships to last a lifetime. Variety is the spice of life and this role will see you showing off your skills across some of the following departments:
**Welcome Desk**:

- A smile that feels like a warm hug greets our customers at the door Your bubbly, out-going personality sees you having conversations with everyone you meet and your personal presentation screams luxury and elegance. Knowledge of products and services is your jam and you're a whizz with admin and software. Your attention to detail in spreadsheets and databases will support our membership services. You're not shy having some tough conversations but most importantly you build strong genuine relationships, leaving all who cross your path feeling like an old friend.

**Cafés**:

- Your passion for food and café culture will shine as you serve our delicious breakfast, fresh baked goods and amazing specialty coffee. You can spot an excellent smashed avo from a mile away and you'd consider yourself a sandwich connoisseur. These shifts will see you working alongside artists and showing your expertise in connecting our customers with the perfect cup.

**Bars and Gaming** - With the ability to think on your feet (and be on your feet), you'll be motivated to create memorable moments for our customers. A great night out is something is you're well acquainted with and love sharing that opportunity with our customers to kick back at Mingara. The perfect person is flexible in their availability (late nights, weekends and public holidays are a must). If you're a friendly, genuine, outgoing person passionate about delivering exceptional beverage and gaming service; this is the role for you.
