You'll build relationships with 90+ team members, across our Aquatics and Fitness Centre. Our fast-paced, dynamic environment means no two days will be the same. You will acquire new skills, build lasting relationships, and create solutions to problems from thinking on your feet.

With a state-of-the-art aquatic center featuring a 50-meter indoor Olympic Pool, heated leisure pool and hydrotherapy pool, our friendly team of coaches and instructors inspire our community to move better, feel better and live life greatly.

**About the role**:

- Assist the Aquatics Specialist in the planning, delivery and evaluation of swim programs
- Deliver timely, standardized and engaging teaching and assessment activities ensuring each child meets the outcome requirements before progression
- Create positive relationships in all customer interactions by maintaining a professional and friendly manner to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
- Be readily available and willing to cover teachers in the water
- Rostered Learn to Swim shifts on a weekly basis
- Any other duties as required
- Manage customer feedback and queries in a timely and customer focused manner, escalating concerns to the Aquatics Specialist and Aquatic Centre Leader

**Essential Requirements**:

- Knowledge and understanding of national swimming and water safety frameworks including: Royal Life
Saving, Swim and Survive, Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations and NSW Health
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current CPR certificate
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (2 years minimum)
- Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics
