Following record sales from the Group and all business units in FY23, a newly created position exists for an experienced
**Commercial Manager**.
**The Role**

The Commercial Manager is set to play a pivotal role in analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, and financial data for informed business decisions. This individual will collaborate closely with department leaders and team members to provide insights for optimising sales, product offerings, and pricing strategies.
The role demands both leadership and a hands-on approach, making sound decisions while keeping the CFO and Group Financial Controller informed. The Commercial Manager must work autonomously while engaging with key stakeholders when necessary.
This is a broad role incorporating Commercial Reporting and Analysis, Financial Performance Management, Financial Modelling and Optimisation & Team Leadership.
