**Oxworks** is Australia's largest privately owned manufacturer and distributor of fencing, gates, screens, and balustrades. With 250 staff across 14 locations, our vision is to be Nationally recognised for the best people, the best range and best service.

We are seeking a highly motivated person for a full-time position in our Campbellfield branch operating 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday.

**The Role**

Your day at Oxworks will see you,
- Build relationships with regular trade customers.
- Exceed customer expectations in quality, delivery, and value through teamwork & superior service.
- Work with the sales and warehouse staff to achieve delivery for all customer orders.
- Reinforce the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all customer interactions.

**The Applicant**
- Customer Service experience in a trade or retail environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams & ERP systems (preferred)
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent people & communication skills.
