**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional to join a supportive team and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while gaining valuable experience in HR. You will be responsible for providing essential support to the HR team, responding to general enquiries, managing the end to end recruitment process and drafting contracts. This is a 3 month temporary role starting immediately, giving you the opportunity to hit the ground running

**DUTIES**
- Monitor the HR inbox and respond to general staff enquiries regarding timesheets, HR policies and processes
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity with employee information

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

- Prior Experience in a HR Coordinator or HR Officer role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees
- Experience with HR software and databases, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
