This mid-size firm in Sydney’s West offer excellent training, have a friendly and professional team, an open-door policy, social events and other perks. Currently looking for a full-time administrator.

**Duties**:

- ASIC management for clients using MYOB Corporate Compliance and ASIC Portal including annual review
- Invoicing
- Updating client information in MYOB AE/ATO Portal etc
- Collation of Tax returns
- Updating lodgement reports
- Assisting HR with adhoc duties
- Being part of the social activities of the firm and organisation
- Reception cover
- Database management
- ASIC - updating of client details, directors, creation of new companies, change of address
- Client and team engagement

Skills and personal attributes required:

- You will have experience working as an administrator within an accounting firm performing the above duties
- Must have excellent communication, written and verbal
- Must be proactive, organised and be self-motivated.
- Be client-focused
- Be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN AN ACCOUNTING FIRM
