For over three decades, Monards has dedicated itself to specializing in Swiss timepieces and luxury jewellery. Our clientele base includes both domestic and international clients.
We are currently seeking outstanding individuals with sales experience to join us in the Collins
Street store.
Successful applicants will receive on-the-job training.
As a member of our sales team, your knowledge of watches and jewellery will cover the following brands: Breguet, Blancpain, Omega, Tag Heuer, Breitling, Tissot, Longines and much more. Our jewellery brands also include Chopard, Autore, Messika and Fope.
- Customer service as the number one priority
- Can identify and close on an opportunity
- Passionate about watches & jewellery/ luxury goods
- Attention to detail
- Is organized and has excellent follow-up skills
- Has a 'can-do' attitude and ability to take on-board feedback
- Excellent communication skills
- Can work independently and also provide support to a team member when needed.
Day-to-day tasks include:

- Handling client enquiries
- Handling supplier enquiries
- Visual merchandising
- Assisting with after-sales
- General cleaning
- Stocktake
- Assisting with events

We are looking for full-time (38 hours per week). Availability on one day over the weekend is essential.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
