The Opportunity

Are you a go-getter with a passion for customer service and an interest in property or sales? Join Stockland as a Sales Associate in our Banksia community in Armstrong Creek. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to kickstart your career in residential property sales, working closely with experienced professionals and learning on the ground.

This role is full time 5 days per week (including weekends) with 2 consecutive days off during the week.

Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting the Sales Professional across all stages of the customer journey
  • Responding to sales and after-sales enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Providing exceptional customer service and care
  • Keeping customers informed about releases, promotions, and events
  • Maintaining and updating Salesforce
  • Assisting with weekend display operations (10am–5pm every weekend, with RDOs during the week)

To be successful in this role you:

  • Have some experience in customer service, sales support or administration
  • Are confident, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Are comfortable working weekends and in a customer-facing environment
  • Have experience or interest in property, ideally with exposure to builders, developers, display villages or similar
  • Are tech-savvy or familiar with CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Hold a valid driver's licence and have reliable transport
