We currently have exciting opportunities available for Experienced sales associates.This is a fantastic and rare opportunity to join our growing family business and be part of the success We are looking for exceptional individuals with a positive energy, can-do attitude and who are driven by success and achieving results.

Please note, you must be an Australian permanent resident or have a valid visa which allows you to work in Australia.

To be considered for this opportunity, the following skills and experience are preferred but not essential:

• Previous experience in jewellery sales, with proven individual sales achievement's

• Driven to perform, meet performance targets and uphold service standards.

• Luxury sales experience

• Previous success with individual KPI's & targets

You must also be able to demonstrate the following

• A very strong passion for sales and customer service

• Excellent people and communication skills

• Enthusiastic, friendly and well-groomed with an exceptional work ethic

• Have flexibility to work and available to work weekends, public holidays and evenings

• A strong interest in high end Jewellery

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Supervise, guide, and motivate sales associates to maximize performance.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships, handling queries and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Australian retail standards.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
