You are a hands-on player who is proactive and always thinking outside of the box. Passion and love for Mexican food is a must

**About the Role**
The FranchiseMarketing Assistant plays a crucial role in the day-to-day running of the business and will need a keen eye on future growth. Reporting to the CEO, this role will own the media/marketing strategy and oversee the implementation across the franchise. You will be involved in business operations and will also work closely with the Franchisees, ensuring the effective use of media spending to hit targets.

**Day-to-Day Activities**
- Work closely and manage the internal and external marketing team to develop and implement the overall marketing, social media and advertising strategy across the entire franchise
- Work with individual franchisees and develop marketing strategies for their specific needs
- Track, measure and report periodically on media activity to demonstrate ROI
- Manage community engagement with local community groups to drive marketing/sponsorship opportunities
- Attend, report and present at regular franchise meetings
- Measure and analyse data to identify new opportunities to drive performance
- Maintain awareness of the category competitors to identify opportunities and threats to our business, brands and existing and prospective franchisees
- Oversee the CRM database management and communication
- Maintain a good understanding of our customers, their journey with our brand and their insights to track performance and identify opportunities and improvements
- Work with CEO in the development and roll-out of new franchises
- Schedule and run marketing campaigns through both social media and print advertising
- Follow brand guidelines to design and create promotional materials and social media posts
- Background in an integrated marketing role with heavy emphasis on both traditional and new media practices
- Experience in marketing on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Keen eye for design and creative detail with use of programs such as Canva and Adobe Suite
- Significant knowledge of digital and traditional media landscape required, as well as good working knowledge of branding and PR
- Print production knowledge an advantage
- Great presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
- Proactive and creative thinker
- Ability to influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholder groups
- Strong project management skills
- Budget/financial management experience
- Knowledge/experience in restaurant/hospitality industry helpful
- Intermediate computer skills i.e Word, Excel, Powerpoint, CRM software
