This position is responsible for liasing with Management, Operational staff and Vendors in an effective and timely manner whilst directing, compiling and completing the necessary documentation within the operations team. This position is required to ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with company and regulatory requirements, with an emphasis on discovering your potential and determination to connect with your fellow forwarders, this is an opportunity for you to thrive in a close and supportive team environment, valuing active listening and diversity of thinking.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Work together with Operational Team to ensure quality and accuracy of work delivered
- Carry out Financial work flow processes in accordance with management directive, customer instructions, SOPs and specified requirements
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships with DSV customers (internal and external), suppliers and service providers both locally and overseas
- Read, interpret and carry out instructions recorded on documents or within DSV’s systems
- Communicate (verbal and written) with customers, suppliers and other team members to obtain information or communicate issues
- Ability to problem solve issues relating to information recorded on documents, calculations of costings and load size

**About you**:

- The successful applicant must have industry experience in Freight Forwarding (air and or sea) or have completed relevant certificate qualifications
- Good communication, customer service and numeracy (monetary and weights) skills are required
- An ability to plan and coordinate to deliver desired outcomes within strict timeframes is a must in this role
- Experience using CargowiseOne is preferred
