DSV Air & Sea in Perth are currently seeking a Project Specialist

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Comply with all safe work practices and procedures set in place by DSV and enforce DSV OHS Policy and Procedures
- Preparing proposals and pricing documents
- Utilisation of DSV Cherwell system to lodge legal documents for review
- Track, and update, Commercial register, Tender register, Pipeline register, Finance register, Quotation register
- Assisting in the implementation of Commercial strategies as prepared by the Commercial Manager, Projects
- Provide updates to Group Account Payable, Account Receivable
- Providing DSV personnel with a list of target doubtful debt to focus
- Advise on stop credit, revision of terms and credit limits
- Maintain a report of outstanding WIPS & Un-Invoiced items, Supplier invoices
- Process for A/P ensuring prompt payment of supplier invoices
- Creation of quotations by collecting, analysing, and evaluating buy side inputs
- Preparing pricing documents in alignment with expected minimum margins

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in operations roles with pricing aspects
- Experience in all aspects of intermodal logistics pricing
- Experience working with airlines, transport companies and shipping lines
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite of software particularly Excel
- Understanding of CW1 software (preferred)
- Understanding of CRM software (preferred)
- Willingness to work within a team environment,
- A strong understanding of customer demands and market pressures,
- Willingness to work under time pressures within a high-volume pricing and tender team
